Xmails, I may not keep this software.

This is a personal review of the software. It does not contain any commission link in this article.

Xmails, I may not keep this software

Xmails has launched to the public on Nov. 25th, 2018. When I checked the sales page, it seemed very interesting because the software did not require the SMTP setup, but at the same time I could add unlimited email subscribers and send. O_O Sounds awesome, right?

It seems really cheap, but it does not make sense to offer that cheap price.

Have you heard the software named, "Oninbox?"

Oninbox also offered the same type of the plan. But, after months, Oninbox's disappeared. No one can log in to the software, the Facebook group was deleted, their official site is down. They may migrate to a different server? I don't know. All I know is there are tons of angry customers cannot claim to get a refund.

Xmails reminded me the Oninbox. But, I wanted to trust this vendor or developer because I purchased several other software already from the same people, and I never had any issue.

So, I purchased their Basic and Pro versions to test out how it works.

The backend design seemed nice and organized, but their tutorial videos were hard to understand all.

When I started to click each one of the features, templates, etc., I realized that it seems very similar to the MailZingo, it's another software of theirs.

So, I may be going to ask them for a refund.

Here are some reasons why.

[+] Difficult to customize their leads template designs

You can only do editing texts and switching images. I am a previous MailZingo user, it had the same issue. (MailZingo is one of their software) If I delete one of the elements in the template designs, it starts a nightmare.

[+] I stopped using the MailZingo after a few months due to not updating any new features. I mean brand new updating features.

Yes, it makes sense to make a change or update new features cannot be charged only at a one time cost.

[+] With Xmails to send out emails, you will use your hosting service. I may be a misunderstanding about this. But, there is a setting that you must connect to your hosting service. And than you can add "from" email address.

Xmails could be so much better, adding new tutorial videos, keep updating new features, and switching to a recurring payment plan to the new users, so software keeps running and updating something new.

If you are already purchased Xmails, sure! They have 180 days money back guarantee. It's long enough to check their promises.

I really hope Xmails breaks my negative thoughts on it.

In this article, I did not add any technical review because there are already so many affiliate marketers created their videos.
